Plans for the "OZ PDRacer" at DuckWorksMagazine.com - cost a couple of bucks, but is very detailed and complete.
Duck Works Boat Building Supplies - Lots of the essential marine parts like blocks and such, at the best prices I have seen.
Tosh Custom Boatworks - He builds custom boats, and makes custom boat stuff including sails.
PolySail.com - Dave Gray sells polytarp kits for making sails, also lots of great sail making info.
